Create a Personalized Plan

After a successful transitional housing and life skills program, families have saved for and graduate into their independent housing. Families immediately move into our graduate program where the objective is to help families achieve longer-term financial freedom and build upon skills developed in transitional housing. The graduate program is an extension of the 16-week program and provides support in the following ways:

• Graduate program staff, families, and graduate program volunteers work together to determine a family’s “Graduate Enrichment Journey”. These journeys include paths to
• (1) Homeownership
  (2) Improved job skills
  (3) improved employment
• Graduates attend once-monthly workshops providing higher-level life and budgeting skills.
