Children’s Program

The Children’s Program strives to decrease the negative effects of homelessness and trauma on children, infants through age 18. The Children’s Program Coordinator, along with volunteers and community partners, focuses on child enrichment and facilitates weekly group activities for elementary school-age children to teens.

Services offered to enrich the lives of each child include:

• Age-appropriate social and educational group activities,
• Individual family needs assessments, and
• Facilitating referrals to meet the needs of each child in various areas such as in the ​childcare of school setting, in the home and throughout the community.
